GEME Care is not your standard warranty. It is an optional service upgrade that adds one extra year of official support, faster handling, and a simpler service path if major repair support is ever needed.

How are repairs handled?
GEME’s repair approach is to restore normal functionality in the most practical authorized way. Depending on the issue, this may involve remote diagnosis, a user-installable module, local depot service, or another approved service method determined by GEME.
For eligible major repairs under GEME Care, GEME arranges pickup and return through its approved service network.
What if I used an independent repair option?
Using an independent repair option does not automatically cancel all rights. However, GEME Care does not cover damage caused by unauthorized modifications, tampering, or repairs.
