Shipping Policy

Global reach, local fulfillment — shipped from the most appropriate warehouse for your destination.

Highlights

  • Free Shipping (Machines): Free standard shipping for machine orders within the eligible regions listed below, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Local Warehouses: We fulfill from the nearest strategic warehouse whenever possible to reduce transit time and carbon impact.
  • Fast Processing: Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

1) Processing Time

  • In-stock items: usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Peak periods / launches: dispatch may take longer; we will notify you by email if there is a material delay.
  • Address checks: we may contact you to confirm address details before shipping (to prevent carrier returns).

Estimated delivery times below are non-binding estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, customs, or local disruptions.


2) Delivery Regions & Estimated Transit Times

North America (United States & Canada)

  • United States (contiguous): typically 3–7 business days. Free standard shipping for machine orders where offered at checkout.
  • Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico / remote areas: delivery may take longer and/or incur surcharges shown at checkout.
  • Canada: typically 2–8 business days depending on province and carrier routing.

Europe (EU & UK)

  • EU Member States: typically 3–7 business days.
  • United Kingdom: typically 5–9 business days; may be subject to import processes depending on shipping route and product category.

International (Rest of World)

  • Typical range: 7–15 business days via DHL/FedEx or equivalent.
  • Important: import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are generally the responsibility of the recipient, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

3) Shipping Fees

  • Machines: free standard shipping may apply in eligible regions (as displayed at checkout).
  • Accessories / consumables: shipping fees (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.

If a promotion, free-shipping threshold, or region limitation applies, the checkout page will prevail.


4) Tracking

Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where supported by the carrier). You may also track your order via our Tracking Page.


5) Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking updates when applicable.


6) Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU: intra-EU shipments typically do not incur customs duties.
  • UK & International: import VAT, duties, or brokerage fees may apply depending on destination and local rules.

Any such fees are outside our control and are generally payable by the recipient, unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.


7) Delivery Issues (Lost, Damaged, or Returned)

  • Damage in transit: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the product.
  • Carrier shows “Delivered” but not received: contact us promptly; we will assist with a carrier investigation.
  • Returned to sender: if a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may require an additional shipping payment to re-ship.

These procedures do not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.


8) Returns & Refunds

Shipping is separate from returns. Return eligibility, costs, and refund timelines are governed by our Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.
